Style Impex reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
2. Products & Services
All garments and textile products are manufactured according to the specifications agreed upon with the client.
While we maintain strict quality control, slight variations in color, size, or texture may occur due to fabric and production processes.
Custom and private label orders are produced based on the designs, fabrics, and approvals provided by the client.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in the agreed currency at the time of order confirmation.
Payment terms must be followed as agreed in the invoice or contract (e.g., advance payment, letter of credit, or other methods).
Orders will only be processed once payment terms are met.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship globally and partner with trusted logistics providers.
Delivery times may vary depending on order size, destination, and customs clearance.
Style Impex is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
5. Returns & Claims
As products are custom-made for each client, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or errors from our side.
Claims must be reported within 7 working days of delivery, along with photographic or physical evidence.
If a claim is validated, Style Impex will either replace the goods or issue a partial refund, depending on the agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and trademarks provided by clients remain their property.
Style Impex does not claim ownership of private label designs but reserves the right to showcase generic products for portfolio purposes unless restricted by a confidentiality agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Style Impex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sialkot, Pakistan (or your preferred legal jurisdiction).
